 "Ga" is about discrimation of people with disabilities. It can be speculated that the lyrics are in part inspired by Tim Vincent's experience with ADHD given her leading role in the song's chorus. The music itself draws on it's dynamics of quiet rap hooks and loud, heavy, and low guitars.
