“MIMIZU IN THE DANCEFLOOR” (“EARTHWORM IN THE DANCEFLOOR”) is a song by The Ohayogozaimas, released on September 3rd, 2015 as their second single. It's their most popular song. The lyrics are about digging out of the holes life buries us in, but also how we are almost drawn to the “dirt” like worms.

The song is 5 minutes, 20 seconds long. The song has a large EDM mixture with fun riffs to match. The song's main riffs follow a descending and ascending pattern. The hook of the song features slides and guitar fills to compliment an increased presence of the electronics, bringing a fun, danceable atmosphere. The song's chorus is upbeat and easy to sing along to. After the second chorus, a guitar solo is performed.
